Hello everyone!
Im back again with yet another sleep issue. My son is 9 months old and when we have a good routine going he is a very textbook baby. However, just before he wants a change the afternoon nap always takes extra effort to happen or he wakes 35min into it and i have to go in a resettle him.
Right now he is awake 3.15-3.5hrs in the morning and then 3.15 throughout the rest of the day. Any ideas of what a 9 months old schedule should be? I have looked at the links for averages as well.

It can really vary a lot (even with my own kids I find they are so different!) - what does the day look like in EAS format?

I remember at some point during to 2-1 with DD I had to shorten the morning nap to 30-40 mins in order to get a pm nap - otherwise she'd just play in the cot and not sleep in the afternoon, but wasn't ready to go to one nap yet.

generally our day is
wake-7am
sleep-1015-1145
wake-1145-3pm max
sleep-should be 3-415/430----if he wakes, hes crying
bed around 745
i would classify him as high sleep needs.

Hmmm I am not well versed in high sleep needs but I wonder if he needs more A time and is beginning the road to one nap...sometimes the day has to get a bitml longer to fit two naps in at this point.
