For you folks who have more "flexible" schedules during the day (ie. don't have to get to work or take care of other lil ones) - do you wake your lil one at the same time each day and follow EASY from there, or do you let them decide their wake time and start EASY from there?
-
I always started the day at the same time as I found it easier to predict my day from then on. I know that others let the baby sleep, but for me it worked better waking at 7.
-
No I'm way to lazy! Not a morning person at all. :P
-
Yep too lazy here too, I need my lie in too much. DD is a fab sleeper and is never up before 7.30 even for nursery! So if A will sleep in I let him. It was 8.30am the other morning! I just adjust the day according to wu time, so keep A times the same and 4 hours between feeds but with a different starting point each day.
-
Soooo if you guys have different wake times and adjust the A times accordingly, does the bed time change too?
-
I would probably wake from the last nap if I felt BT was going to be affected more than half an hour.
-
Agree with Ali and I adjust the last nap to get the right A time to bed.

oh that makes sense, good call - thanks!
