Title: Do breasts adjust quicker with each baby?
Post by: CCCmom27 on September 22, 2014, 21:54:35 pm
I think they did with ds2 but not this quick. Ds3 was born last Tuesday at 330 am...by Thursday afternoon my milk started to come in now they're already past the engorged phase. His times between feeds seem to be all over the place right now ranging from 1.5 to waking him at the 4 hr point.  Diapers seem good and are always a little bit of potties.  Does this sound ok?

That sound like what happened with my #3.  I never really had the crazy engorged stage for very long and it seemed like things evened out pretty quickly.  As long as you're getting the right number of wet diapers, it seems like it's all good.  :)

Same here... DS2 was born on a Monday and we had a Dr appt on Thurs to check jaundice. She asked if my milk was in and I said I thought it was since the night before, but I wasn't sure because I didn't feel engorged like I did with the others. I did end up noticing it a bit more over the next couple days, but it did even out quicker as well.
