Hi!
Newbie at EASY.
Have a 4,5 months on this daily routine
W between 7 am , 730 am
E 0730
A 0750
S 0930 ( usually out in the cot btw 0910-0920 for WD)
Sleeps well during nap, I get her over the 45 min hump with Sh/pat.
E 1130
A 1150
S 1330
Same procedure here as tha nap at 0930
E 1530
A 1545
S 1730 ( this almonst never happens. She twists and turns so am thinikng of skipping it)
1815 take here up from cot. Usually happy to get up.
1915 bath
E 1930
After this we read a book or tw and she is usually out by 2015 with a minimum og fuss.
DF at 2330
She wakes up a 3am on the dot every night ready to play. do sh/p and p.u/pd for 30 min, no luck. Then feed her at 0330 ( here DF time) followed by a short story or nap change. Maybe 5 min of sh/pat and then she is out until 7 -730 am.
She is currently in leap four ( my due date was 4 of June, her DOB i20 of May).
SHe is currently bottle feed and has recently started with porridge a few tea spoons morning and evening.
Would be very grateful for any kind of help.

What you describe sounds Ut to me, waking up 45min into nap, waking up at night and being ready to play - these are signs of Ut.
IIWY I would push her A times by 10min and stick with it for 4 days. Sticking with it for 4 days will prevent her from getting OT and will give her enough time to get used to her new A time. I would rather aim for a 2:10h A time, I am mentioning this because your WD seems quite long, maybe shorten it by a few minutes?
Also at her NW I wouldn't read a story or anything like that, because it might stimulate her and might confuse her to think that it's play time.
