Hi! I found out on Saturday that I am pregnant (early HPT so I haven't even missed AF yet!) however my supply has almost totally disappeared within a matter of 2 days! I know I can't take Fenugreek while PG but do you have any natural ways for me to increase my supply? DS3 will be a year old in 2 weeks but I would still like to continue bfing for a bit if I can. I am planning on making lactation cookies later today. I've also pumped extra times at work today (I've pumped 3 times today and only managed to get 7 ounces total :( ).
Any advice would be helpful~ TIA!

On page 2 Tigerlily905 talks about galactogogues that are safe during pregnancy (always do your own checks in case anything has changed though). This is what she said
"There are also many galactagogues that are safe during preg. I use More Milk Two by Motherlove. http://www.amazon.com/Motherlove-Herbal-Company-Alcohol-liquid/dp/B000JZ1ZE6 I've been using it my whole preg. and it is safe. Although your body will do what it needs to for baby, I think it's helped. I also take liquid Chlorophyll (you can get it at the health food store)."
