I am just curious if many are/were sleeping 11,5-12h at night as that's we are aiming for. Thanks!
-
Was different for all my kids...DD1 did 12 hrs, DD2 12-13 hrs (!) and DD3 10.5/11 hrs.
-
Think it depends on how many naps you have at that point too. Both my big two were still one two naps and did 11-11.5hr. C will likely be on one, so I'll aim for about 12, I think. :-\

DS 10.5-11, DD 12-12.5 and yes he had a good nap, she was rarely over 1.5 hours. :) HTH!
-
Oh I guess I should mention they were all on one nap, but weirdly enough the baby with the longest nights (DD2) had the longest nap and DD3 has the shortest! Totally atypical over here.
-
DS can survive one nap day right now but he needs 1:45-2:00 nap and I put him down at 7pm and pick up at 7am. He probably does 11,5h at night counting settling and the fact he wakes before 7am but quietly lies in his crib so I don't even know that time he got up. I guess that I should add that he is 5days a week in a nursery and his nap there is 1,5h right now so I do a short catnap around 4pm. At home at weekend he sleeps better (almost 2h nap).
I am just thinking laudly if this is an average sleep amount or maybe I am pushing to much and expect him to sleep to much...

It's definitely in the range of normal!
At 16 mo we've got about 11 hr at night and nap 1.5 -2 hr.
-
DS used to do 2.5 nap and 12 hr nights until 16 months...since then well let's say it's been challenging lol x
-
Hehe, yep 18mo regression will come I know:). We are hit to the dot with every WW and every regression (4mo, 8-10mo) so I suppose we will also have our shenanigans.
Zoe is your DS a HSN? Was he sleeping 14,5h before transition to one nap?
-
If only my two slept as much.... I really don't think you need to worry
-
No he's pretty average was just a great sleeper but not anymore lol x
-
DS is a good sleeper, I cannot complain. His needs are rather average in my opinion however he needs to be properly tired to give a good nap, which always made me think he is a low needs.
We have some cryouts at night last weeks, nothing very disturbing but as they tend to happen in early mornings between 5 and 7am I just thinking of UT or OT may play a role.

DD3 always cries out at about 6 am...DH gets up then and although he thinks he is quiet, he really isn't and I think she is slightly disturbed.
