Just had some....temp hit 38 now :( :( given up entertaining the LOs, am lying on the sofa and we are watching Frozen (again) ::)
Here's a question - I usually alternate which side I feed from first. Am I best to offer the left first each time for a bit? Or will that cause more problems?
If B is teething molars (I'm suspicious...) and not feeding properly could that have triggered it?

Oh no! Feel better! *hugs*

Oh no. Sorry!
I've had mastitis many times. Definitely feed from the sore breast first. I haven't had an issue with it causing problems in the other breast or supply issues.
Get better, eat heaps of garlic, if possible swallow them in halves like a tablet.

Thank you everyone. Still sore but less feverish and achey. Fingers crossed it's settling down x

Yes I would feed from the sore side first if you think there is a blockage. That is what I did and it really helped.
