HELP!
I can't remember my password and the forget password link isn't working. It doesn't recognize my secret question answer and the link to reset the password tells me that my username doesn't exist!
My username is mattsmummy

Checked the database and you are there as mattsmummy- so it should work... i will report to the admins as they may have more of a clue on how to help!
