Title: How long should the A time be?
Post by: allysully on April 29, 2015, 16:44:53 pm
Hi everyone,
I am in the process of starting EASY with my 7 week old daughter. How long do you think the A time should be? I think she's overtired at the moment (just like mummy!) but not sure how long to keep her awake before trying to send her to dreamland. Is it just a case of looking out for sleepy cues? Or is there a minimum or maximum amount of time?
Thanks!
