My 16 month old has become a terrible sleeper. She used to consistently sleep through the night from about 9 months old until she turned 1 year. Here is her schedule:
5:15am wake up!
12:30pm - 2pm Nap
7pm bedtime
12pm wakes - will not go back to sleep without a bottle
I would like her to sleep until 6:30am, but idealy I would just like her to cut out her night wakings. Sometimes she wakes again at 4:00am as well. Normally she wakes at least once in the night.
Should I push back her bedtime? She is pretty tired by 7pm. We have always had the same bedtime routine - bath, bottle, bed.

When this silly EWU started? 4mo when she was 1yo? She seems to be really OT and probably also slightly used to bottle at night which is not good at her age as you probably don't brush her teeth after that bottle:).

Yes, 4 months it's been going on. I keep hoping it's just a phase, or teething.

Oh no Honey! You must be terribly tired with that. When have you started to be on one nap? Have you ever tried to feed her at 5am to make her sleep better?
