Jamie, after your last post (in this topic - Re: Registering as a member) I submitted a new request. Over the weekend I tried to login and it would say something like "waiting for approval". Today I tried to login again and it says "the username doesn't exist."

I'm trying to register as diazy. Should I try to register under a different username?

I don't see diazy anywhere.  this is really weird.  I don't recall anything like this happening before.  :( 

yes, maybe try another username.  I can always change it to diazy if we can get you a working account!
