Title: Question about EASY samples

Hi there

I looked over the EASY examples shared by other moms based on 0 to 12 months. When I see "S" for bedtime sleep, is this the time the baby is in bed but awake or the time baby is actually asleep?

For example a 7am to 7pm EASY, is 7pm the time baby is place in crib or the time she/he falls asleep?

S is usually the time they actually fall asleep. So for a 7-7 EASY, baby would be in bed at 6.50 and asleep at 7pm ish.

I think it depends:). For me it's putting down as I don't know when DS went to sleep:).
