Title: evening feed

Hi,
We started the 4 hour EASY routine and we are not sure what to do about the evening feed.
The book suggests to feed at 7, 11, 15, 19,
if she catnaps at 17:00 and wakes at 18:00, what should we do?
According to EASY she should E after S,
but then she won't E at 19:00 (and probably won't be hungry yet since the 4 hours havn't passed yet).
What are we missing?

All routines in the book are suggestions. Tracy didn't actually want to write them down because she didn't want people seeing them as the "right" schedule so don't worry if what works for your LO doesn't match-up.  If she's hungry after her CN I would feed her then with a top-up before BT or if she can wait, just feed her closer to BT.
