Hi,
Quick question-my DD is currently 5.5 months old and is awake for 2.5 hours at a time. Naps are still inconsistent- sometimes 1 hr, sometimes 1.5 hrs, sometimes 20 minutes (*we are in the throes of PU/PD and transition to 4 hr schedule). I was just wondering the best way to go about extending A times, as she will be 6 months soon! Do you had 10 minutes to each A time or just 1 and stick with it for a few days??
Thanks!

Easiest to just increase all of them at the same time. I'd add 10min and see how she goes. Average A times at 6 months are 2:45 to 3hr so I'd hazard a guess she needs an increase from how you're describing your naps.
