Title: Almost 3yo waking crying for past few nights

DD1 is 3 next month. For the past few nights she's woken crying 2/3 hours after going to bed.

She's not sick and routine is the same it has been for months. (She no longer naps)
Could this be birthday developmental stuff? She never says anything's wrong and goes back to sleep quickly if you stay with her.

Yes, I think I would put that down to developmental stuff since there is nothing apparently wrong or different.

Usually I would say waking at that time might be OT, but I doubt she is if she's used to no nap?

Sorry, no help really but it sounds like one of those phases they go through just to keep us on our toes... :)
