Title: Need advice getting my 18 month old to sleep!
Post by: sleepimum on April 18, 2016, 06:48:21 am
My DD is 18 months old and has always struggled with sleep? At 12 months she went through a phase of sleeping through the night but is back to waking often. I need to try a proper solution! She falls asleep in my arms while I walk at the moment. I did the quiz and she's a mix of textbook and spirited. Do I try WI/WO or gradual withdrawal? At what point do I put her down? Quite sleepy? Almost asleep at first? Please help!

What is her routine like at the moment? I would say for a lo who has never done independent sleep that gradual withdrawal is the way to go but curious to see if any routine tweaks might help that along.
