Title: Transition from bed sharing to crib 12 months old

I've been bed sharing with my 12 month old basically since she was born. im ready for her to start sleeping I her crib though as she tosses and turns and nurses all through the night and I'm just not getting enough sleep. I'm currently putting her down to sleep in her crib for naps and the beginning portion of the night so she is somewhat used to her crib. However, she will only sleep for around 45 minutes at the longest.

What is her current routine? Does she go to sleep.independantly at all?
