I have a 16 month old little girl. pretty easy going baby. For the past month or so things have been messed up with sleep. I don't know what to fix. Ive tried it all. She was sleeping 2 hours during day and 12 hours during night at 12 months. At 13 months is when it started going down hill. I am not sure if I should lower her A time or keep increasing it. I am doing 5 hours right now. She has been sleeping 6-6 at night with only an hour and 20 min or so nap during the day. I try to then do a cat nap to keep her up later but she refuses. She has started getting up a couple times a night too.
What does such a short nap tell me? too little A time or too much? I am at a loss at what to change

Hi there, if she's doing 6-6 with a 1.20 nap and her mood is good then it might just be all she needs right now. For us anything under 1.5 hours nap was OT but it can take a good while to get that long lunch nap.
Is she napping at 11?

Thank you. I feel she is crabby when she first wakes from her nap but then perks up. It's just hard when she doesn't nap long to get her to stay up till 6 pm. Yesterday she slept till 7 (but she was up 430-530) so I put her to bed at 1150 and she got up at 1 :/. I'll keep working with the a time maybe

I'd prob try pushing that nap to the middle of the day and hope it's 12-2 then try pushing BT to get her day later x
