my 19.5mo switched to 1 nap at 11mo (way earlier than her other 3 sibs). since then, she's been napping from 11-2 every single day. but now, every other day she plays happily in her crib for that entire time without napping (i think she's not napping... she does get quiet for 20 minutes here and there but i'm not sure if she's ever sleeping). she's an absolute mess the rest of the afternoon. do you have any idea what's going on here? should i push her nap to 12pm every other day? she was giving me plenty of signs that she was ready to go to sleep at 11am. help! please!

Hi there, I'd offer that nap later and if she won't take it maybe offer a CN mid afternoon just to see her through until BT.
How are her nights?
