Title: What time is bedtime???

6 month old fell asleep in the car on the way home so had her 2ish hr nap until 2.10pm. She really only can make 3.5hrs at the moment.  What time do you recommend for bedtime??? Aaarrrggghhhh!!!!! Do you think I should push until 6pm???

Ugh I hated those days.  I'd have tried for an AP catnap around 5pm (try until max 5.15) and then abandon in favour of 6pm bedtime if no go x
