Hello
I have a 10month old boy and ive been have same schedule for over a month and he was sleeping fine although his wake up time was at 5:30am which i can handle.
And all of sudden his gradually waking up early everyday for several days and today he woke up at 4:00am and wont go back to sleep.
When he wakes up i did my best to keep him in the crib and tried to put him back to sleep til at least 5:30 but didnt work
This is his schedule
5:30 wake up
5:40 formula
6:00 play
8:00 eat 1st meal
9:30 1st nap usually 1 -2hours
11:00 formula
11:20 play
1:00pm eat 2nd meal
2:30pm 2nd nap for 1hr
3:30pm formula
4:00pm play
5:00pm 3rd meal
6:30pm bath
7:00pm bedtime with last bottle feeding
He was following the schedule really good over a month and suddenly his waking up earlier everyday
Please give me some advice 😭😭😭

Hi if your schedule was working fine for a few weeks it could be he needs a small A increase before that first nap.
It could also be the beginning of the 2-1 From 2 to 1 nap transition (10-12m and older)
