I am sure I am not the only one who would like to stay logged in "forever".
Seems we have a glitch on this and need to log in at each visit.
Could it be added to the "to do" list for de-bugging when you have time please?

I had to re-log in the day we moved and the day after but not since. The emojis are working for me again too ;D ;D 8)

I have the "forever" selected but every time I come back on I have to re log in :(

It happens to me every so often. It happened a few times during the transition.

I too am logged in forever, (as in maybe 10ish years), but still get "kicked out" from time to time.

No this is every time we close the browser and come back. Try logging out and back in a few times and see what happens - mine was fine until I did that lol

It's funny, I'm not receiving email notification on this and I've replied a few times.

I have the same problem today and I think yesterday. And I can only see maybe 10 threads when I go to unread posts since last visit. And checked trough topics, there are lots more. :-\

Mine is listing no unread posts since last visit even though there are lots. After you click on that and see an empty list there is a line at the top of the empty list which has a different link "no unread topics found since your last visit, click here to try all unread topics" which then lists what I expect to see. You could try that as a work around although it looks like it's another glitch.

to update (unfortunately, to add problems to the list)
I didn't have this problem when we first switched. I logged in, and was fine - logged in forever, so issues. Yesterday, I had to log out to use the Site Admin Team account. Now, after I've logged back into my personal account, I cannot stay logged in.
If I am on this window, and open a new BW tab - the index page, for example, I may or may not still be logged in on that next tab. If I click on a link within a thread, that thread will open in a new tab, and I am no longer logged in on that tab. To make it even more fun, if I do log in, it kicks me off that thread to the BW index page.
I seem to have about a 5-minute window (or 30 seconds) where things work as expected. Then, all login bets are off. :P :( I did clear my cache and cookies and restart my browser. Issues seem to happen whether in firefox or chrome.

Log in problems here too since I last posted. I have to log in on my Mac every time and if I click on links I have to re-log on in the new window. I haven't been booted back to the index page yet though - once I am logged in it's fine (finger crossed it stays that way!!)
The only odd thing is that I haven't needed to log in on my i-phone at all and I haven't needed to log in on my work laptop at all since the change over either (windows - can't remember which version but the laptop is just over 3 years old now so it's which ever system was out then.).
I can't always use the quote function either - I always use the reply on the main post, I don't use the quick reply and some days I click the "insert quote" bit and nothing happens, some days it works first time, some days after 2 or 3 clicks.
I have not had any issues logging on though, no server connection problems - are you still getting that Creations?

Yes I still have to log in every time I come on despite it set to "forever".
Yes still have server connection problems, particularly around 9am UK time and may or may not get to a page or two but then can't post replies or open anything else up. Bit random though. Other times of day I don't seem to get connection problems with the server busy message.
And WRT opening links I thought that it was only broken links which logged me off and then after logging in took me to the main board rather than the thread I needed to open - Jaime, to me these feel like are two different issues.

For me, I have the logging problem only on my work computer, wich I use most often to come here.
Also, still have issues with the threads, cant see most on any computer or my phone. But I'm happy the forum is still up so I dont mind logging in every time

Ladies, I want you to check something. I think I may have a clue, or possibly a solution (don't want to jump too far ahead here! :P )
Check your bookmarks/your URL when you open a new BW session.
The index for the home page should read:
https://babywhispererforums.com/index.php
If it says this (without the asterisk):
https://www*.babywhispererforums.com/index.php
that extra www could be the problem. If you do have that, delete your old bookmark and make a new one from the current home page. I am cautiously optimistic as I might have things working for me now.....

Well the REALLY crazy thing here is that I DID NOT change my book mark or home page or check the url but when I came on this evening I was automatically signed in without doing anything and that is the first time that's happened since we moved server.
Jaime you appear to have fixed mine JUST BY TALKING ABOUT IT - which is just typical BW style isn't it? We talk about it and in some odd crazy way the problem disappears.
I am stumped as to how mine is fixed but it is.
Or at least it is/was today. I am going to close my window and open another to see if I am still logged in.

There's totally an Andy reason behind it. He's doing all kinds of tinkering behind the scenes. I don't always understand what he says.
I'll start working on my cape now. :P ;)
