Title: I had to register a new user as I'm locked out of my old one!

I use crispysage as my user (I made crispysage2 to be able to post this...) But I would really like my profile back! The system says that my email is not associated with the user, but I have received mails in the past from the system, so I have the right address. The error occurred this way - I was asked to log in again (I usually have it on never log out) I got an error when I tried, so it said that an activation email had been sent. But I have resent the email a few times over the last 2 weeks with no result. So today I did a password reset and it says the email address is unknown. And if I try using the username for the password reset, it says that user hasn't been activated. (I have used it for about 3 yrs)

can we reactivate crispysage? Thanks!!! ;D

Hmmmm.....when I search the members, there is no crispysage listed.  ???

Hi there crispy :)  Your profile page says you were last active on your regular account a week ago.  It's odd how the members list doesn't have you on it, some glitch perhaps.
Hope it gets sorted soon - lovely to see you back :)

Ah ha....turns out the search function doesn't work when the account is flagged.  I've learned something new!   :)

I activated the account.  Let me know if you still can't get in and I can reset the password myself.
