Hello everyone! My baby is 12 weeks old, since she was 9 weeks old the naps were a mess because she only slept in our arms. I started judicious with EASY, it have been some progress because she can sleep in her crib with shh- patt or paci, but one of the problems is that her naps are very short of 45 min, I am trying to lengthen them, sometimes it works other times not. That's why routine is a disaster. Because my baby can not stay awake until the next shot, she gets irritable and wants to sleep. Even if she manages to stay awake until the next shot, she does not want it. I feel like She prefers to sleep than eat !! And it can in the day last up to 5 hours without eating.
In other occasions She didnt receive the breast even though I have slept and it has been 3 hours. Does she want to start a 4 hour routine? However it can not last in activity more than 1 hour. What suggestions do you give me? How can I handle the routine with such short naps?
