Title: Is 5.30am wake time ok?
Post by: claredm on July 21, 2017, 15:46:24 pm
I'm putting my 6 month (4 month adjusted age) onto easy and getting rid of props etc.
She has always naturally woken for the day around 5.30am then 50% of the time falls asleep briefly (20 mins) with our first breastfeed.
Most easy routines online start at 7am and there is lots of advice on overcoming 5am starts. Is a 5.30am start ok? My son was always an early riser, and I'm happy with anything after 5am.

If you're happy with it and the early BT that goes with the 5:30am WU works for your family, its fine. I did 6pm BT and 5-5:30am WU for years. It worked for us.
