Title: 18 month old night feeds
Post by: paulak412 on January 23, 2018, 17:54:45 pm
Hello my LG is nearly 18 month old and naps and sleeps independently in her own room and has since 9 months old. She is breastfed when she wakes in morning before and after her nap and before bed which I don't mind. I would like to cut out the 2 nights feeds though I know she doesn't need them as she eats plenty during the day and doesn't need fed or held to sleep. Has anyone any tips? Also I am a single mum and haven't anyone to help me.

Wake between 7 and 8 am the bf
Breakfast 15 min after bf
Lunch 11.30
Nap after lunch 12.30 at latest
Nap can last 2 to 3 hours (always been this way and don't think it impacts night wakening)
Bf and dinner after nap approx 2ish
Supper 6, Bf between 6.30 and 7
Bed at 7.30.

I'm just locking this one since you're getting some great advice on your breast feeding thread.  :)
