Title: Help please !! How to pass from stage 2 to 3

Hi
My baby is 5.5 months old and he is used to get to sleep by rocking or walking him.
I don’t know how to pass from stage 2 to 3 without doing this. If I stay still he will start crying.
Im supposed to put him on the crib entering stage 3 but is really difficult for him to get really sleepy.

Hey!

What is your bedtime routine? And have you tried Pick Up/Put Down with him?
