Title: 9 months routine help
Post by: Abbyw on July 10, 2019, 13:31:44 pm
Hi there... me again  :-[

So dd2 is 9 months old now and gave me a few weeks of good naps and has now reverted to the 45 minute wonders and to make things even more fun, is waking up at 5.45 am.

I tried w2s for a few days and she's now walking up at 6.15
She stays and talks in her bed and sometimes falls back asleep (I'm not sure what goes on exactly since I'm in and out of the twilight zone).
I give her  bottle between 7 and 730.

She used to handle a 3.5 A time without any trouble but lately can barely stay awake past 10 am... I guess that's due to the early waking. But then she'll only sleep for 40 or 50 minutes. At most I can sometimes get an hour out of her.

Then she'll be up for 3.5-4 hours but for her second nap she will wake up again at the 50 minute mark. Sometime I'm able to resettle her to get an hour and 10 minutes.
And we do bath and bed between 6 and 7, Depending on when and how long she slept...

What can I do to help with the micro napping and the early waking?

Also she doesnt need a bottle to fall asleep but I end up giving her a bottle 30 min early and before a nap to make sure she doesnt wake up too early.

Any tips would be much appreciated!

Is she able to crawl? If so, is she getting enough movement in before going down for a nap?
