Title: 7.5 mo old 30 minute naps!

Can 30 minute naps be UT?

I’m so puzzled by my DD who is now taking 30-35 minute naps and won’t resettle.

I’m trying to push to two solid naps and am having a hard time.

EASY I was aiming for:

WU 7
S 9:45-11:45 am
S 2:45-4:15 pm
BT 7
