Title: follow which birthday??

My twins were born at 38weeks... wondering if I follow their birthday or their 40week birthday when it comes to routines and anticipating growth spurts etc.

My DD is doing 2 hour wakeups at night for the past 2 weeks, which i thought was growth spurts but now I'm not sure.. i'm exhausted!

38 weeks is considered term, so unless they were identified as having signs of being premature, then it would be reasonable to to use their birth date.
