One month ago i started pu/pd for, my then 11 week old, who would not sleep during the day at all. After 10 days solid of staying in and not giving i once she goes down no problem and will normally sleep 90 mins, i know i'm very lucky. She is on 3hr easy, and for the last ten days has slept through the night from 8 till 6/7.
But in the last 2-3 days she's harder to get off to sleep, waking for a big feed in the night, waking up after 30-45 mins in naps. Please tell me this is a growth spurt she has also fed 30 mins early a coulple of times.
I have sort of answered the question myself i think, but i just need a bit of reasurance, as am feeling all my hard work is going down the drain!!!!!!!!

sorry forgot to say she is just 14 weeks today, and i didn't reaaly notice a growth spurt at 12 weeks. :?

could very well be a growth spurt - was your dd born early at all? that may be why it's showing up a little later.
don't worry - there are usually setbacks at some point. if you're consistent & up her calories (bf frequently or just add more to her bottles if ff) she'll go back to her wonderful sleeping pattern.

no, she wasn't born early. been a long dd has fed every 2 hours and even every 1 hours. so it's definitly a growth spurtbut, only slept a couple of hours hope naps get back to normal after it all!!!! :(
