Title: Times on page 230 all wrong??

Is it a misprint on page 230? all the times dont add up. Does anyone know the correct times.? Lots of people are finding the transition hard as it doesnt make sense .

Say more about how they don't add up to you.  They are transitioning to a three hour schedule over the course of a few weeks, so things might not add up perfectly in the course of it all.
