Title: How do I extend DD's nights by 1 hour?
Post by: cjlukas on September 01, 2005, 13:58:23 pm
DD wakes at 6am every morning to eat, then i usually put her back down to sleep and she wakesat about 7 or 8.  I would like to just get her to wake at 7 and be up for the morning rather than feeding at 6 and putting back down.

I tried wake to sleep a  couple times.  The first time she justgot up at the same time and the second time it completely backfired and she only slept 15 more minutes.  I tired just letting her CIO but that doesn't work so well in the morning.

At 6 I am sure she is hungry because she takes a full feed BUT I know she can wait an hour because when we travel and get her up really early in the morning she isn't hungry by the time 6 rolls around and can feed her at 7 and she is just fine.

Any ideas how to break her of the 6am wake time?
