Title: how long does it take for a PM to be sent from outbox?

hello,

Just wondering if there are sometimes delays in PMs going out.  Just curious whether to try again or just give it time.  One was from about 12 hours ago.

If I understand it, they stay in your outbox until the receiver picks them up.  Then they move to the sent box. If they are still there, it means they haven't been read yet.
