Title: can i go it this way?

We are currently doing 4 hour EASY, well we are eating every 4 hours but LO isn't awake more than about 1 1/2 hours.

Instead of just extending the first awake time can i extend all the awake time in a day? e.g. extend all awake time to 1.45 hours for a couple of days and then after about 4-5 days go to extend to 2 hours?

Do i have to extend one activity time at a time?

Hope this makes sense.

if your lo is able to handle the 1 hr 45 i would try that for a few days - we did it this way - we moved all to 1 hr 30 and then 1hr 45 and then 2 + hrs
