Title: Good milk mixture
Post by: Sarah˛ on September 24, 2005, 16:39:50 pm
Henry won't drink regular cow's milk at all. He hates it. I'm in the process of weaning him but feel that he really should be drinking more milk before I do. So I've been trying different mixtures to find what he'll drink.

I think whole milk is too thick for his taste. And straight vanilla soy milk is too sweet. But mixing about half organic whole milk and half vanilla soy milk seems to be just right - the soy milk thins it a bit and the whole milk makes it less sweet. He loves it and will drink it with every meal and snack.

Yeah!!! Just wanted to share in case someone else is having a similar problem.  :D

Thanks Sarah. I wish I had thought of that when T was a wee one.
