Title: Compression - what and how?

Hi everyone. 

I keep hearing about compression, but don't know exactly how to do this.  Could someone please explain to me what I need to do.  My DS is very fussy on the breast, I think he's a lazy eater, once the first let down ends he gets really agitated and hates having to work for his milk!  I think compression may be what I need to do.
