1. Type your message
2. Click add an attachment
3. Click "browse" (by the file name box)
4. Look for the attachment on your computer
5. Double click what you want to attach
6. click submit

I just followed these directions to attach my avatar pic here (it's all I had on this computer).

Edited to add: I removed the attachment since it was sooooo big and I dont' really want to hijack your post!

Probably so. Is it something you can see on internet? Then you could type in a link to the site...

But it made me think of my first (and only so far) yoga experience. I went when Megan was 6 weeks old...I discovered that when you first start breastfeeding, it's REALLY uncomfortable to be lying flat on your stomach... :shock:

OMG, that would be TOO FUNNY!!!! That I can at least picture, though, even if we never see the video. :D :D :D
