Title: When to let him eat raw foods (tomato, etc.)??
Post by: twiceamama on November 11, 2005, 18:26:35 pm
Hi everyone? I´ve got a 9 month old ds who is eager to try new foods, which is great! He´s into everything I´m eating and let him have a taste of almost everything but I´m wondering about raw stuff... tomato, celery, cucumber, etc... when is it ok? I should we venture??

Give me a hand!
thanks...

Fruit  is fine now; grated apple, pear, kiwi mago etc....... My little one is 7 months old and has laready had raw cucumber and tomato. Thus  do not see any problem with celery etc....... Has your little one had any allergies, sensitivities etc........?

He has had allergic reaction with carrots (steamed/strained) and plain formula (he´s BF)... so we go about introducing stuff gently... he had tomato today and loved it... so see how it goes!
Thanks for your reply!
