My 7 month old has been so terrible for sleeping at night. She is waking up at least once every hour. We try just letting her cry but she will continue on until she is hoarse. I am ready to pull my hair out. I can't function anymore without sleep. I was up from 1-5 because of her. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what I can do with her?
Thank you

Hi and welcome to the boards.
Have you read Tracy's third book? There are lots of great tips about sleep training in there. It is kinda hard to try and explain them. It was a lifesaver for me!
Good luck and hope to see you around!

I agree with Teresa that it is worth looking at Tracys book
Could you maybe post your routine so we can get a better idea of your los day naps etc and what they are like at bed time.
I know sllep deprivation is so hard so sending you a big hug for now and we will see if we can help :D

Here is our daily routine:
Paige wakes up about 7:00 on average (and this is even if we have to get up and finally feed her at 4 or 5)
7:00 - I bathe the other girls and Paige watches them. I bathe Paige and get them all dressed and ready for the day.
8:00 - they all have breakfast
9:00 - Paige naps for an hour
10:00 - playtime
11:30 - lunchtime
12:30 or 1:00 - Paige has a 2 hour nap
3:00 - Paige has a bottle and we play while we wait for the bus to come
5:00 - suppertime
6:00 - playtime and then bath and jammies
8:00- bedtime for the girls
Then the fun begins where Paige is waking us up starting anywhere from 11:30 to 1:00 and crying every hour on the hour.
What is Tracy's third book called? I would love to get a copy of it.
Thanks girls for your help.
