At 1 or 1:30 depending on what time she woke up in the morning. That still varies for us...anywhere from 7 to 8 so...the nap length also varies depending on overnight sleep. 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 hours.

Julian wakes up every day between 5-5:30 am.  His nap time is 2-2.5 hours, going down around 10:30 am or so.  He'll then go to sleep at night between 7-7:30 pm. He still wakes up at least twice during the night!

when did your dd go from 2 to 1 nap? Did it take a while for her to be able to stay up until 1 or 1:30? Can you describe how that transition went? THanks!!

My dd wakes around 6.30/6.45am and has a nap about 12/12.30. She then has bedtime around 7.30pm.  When she first dropped to one nap (around 11 months) it was around 11.15/11.30 and it has slowly extended to where it is now.  She has breakfast around 7.30am, a snack around 10.30am and her lunch is after her nap and is somewhere between 1.30 and 2.30pm. Dinner is between 5pm and 6pm depending on where we have been and how much she ate at lunch or how late she had lunch.  Also, depending on afternoon activities, I have to drop the morning snack and try to fit lunch in earlier as she wouldnt have time for it after her nap.  Sounds a bit complex but it works out in the end and dd is pretty flexible about mealtimes which is a bonus.

Hi Jackie, So my dd is pretty much all over the place like your lo, but generally she wakes around 6 (between 5:30-6:30), and we nap her anytime between 11:30-12:30. Her bedtime is fairly consistent at 7:15.

Hunter is 14 months.

6:30-7 am wake up
12-1 put down for nap (I aim for 1pm) -- sleeps for 2-3 hrs
8pm bedtime.  Sooner if no nap or if he's sick.

Hi  EASYmom, we did pretty much exactly what Seona who posted after you did. The only difference is the wake time and bed time. We just started trying to extend the am awake time after she started refusing both naps.   We would do what we could in the morning but we would always offer the am nap. When she did deign to take it... it would be about 30 minutes. When we first did the one nap it would be before lunch but we'd still offer milk before bed. Once we could push it a bit more we would give a snack at the previous nap time and lunch just before the nap with a snack following. Does that make sense? We've been doing this for about a month 1/2 now and we still have hit and miss days as far as nap length. But if she has a shorter nap (1 1/2 hours) we bump up the bedtime.

I hope that helps a bit!
