Title: How much fat for 13 month old?
Post by: momtomax on December 21, 2005, 20:36:24 pm
I haven't been able to find guidelines for daily fat grams for my ds, who is now 13 months old.   I know he's not supposed to be on a low-fat diet, and now that we've switched to emphasizing solids, I'm not sure whether he's getting enough fat.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Jenni

I'm not entirely sure myself Jenni but I do know all the dairy should be high fat. Whole milk, 3.25% and above for yoghurt, etc. Also avocados are high in the "good" fat. I hope that helps a little... :)
