Title: How much activity for a one month old?

Rough idea anyone? We can just about feed and change her bum and she is showing sleep cues.... feel like I never see my baby anymore!

Yep that sounds about right at this age.  Don't worry, very quickly she'll be able to last awake longer, just keep following those tired cues.  You will probably find that she has one long activity session a day and then these times will gradually increase as the weeks go on.
