Post by: EmMUK74 on January 12, 2006, 09:31:24 am
I have a feeling I read somewhere about waiting before you introduce avocado but I can't find it for the life of me.  does anyone know?  or perhaps I was imagining it?

My doctor said that there are no people whol are allergic to avacado so if you want to; go ahead and give it. Mine has been having it since 5 months.

I gave it as about 3rd or 4th  food (6.5months old)... my thought was it was like bananas, soft & you didn't have to cook it, so a good early food.

Actually it is one of the first foods that you can introduce.

It has lots of GOOD fats and is super healthy for baby. It was one of the first for us.
