Title: transition to 4 hour easy?

I'm looking for suggestions on transitioning my 13-week old daughter to a 4 hour routine...it may be too early but i'd like to get an idea of how to do it.  I can't find suggestions in Tracy's book.

If you don't have the third book, it goes into much more detail on how to transition
