Title: 15 mth old wont sleep through

my 15mth old daughter hasn't slept through the night 4 quite a while i end up having to give in and take her into bed with me which i no is the wrong thing to do.
ive always had routine from day one and you could say she was a textbook baby but im back home in my parents house so jess is sharing a room with me she sleeps in her cot but when she wakes she will not go back to sleep because she knows im in the room with her.
also she will only sleep in her pram for her nap she will scream and cry if i attempt to put her in the cot and when shs put in the pram shes out like a light for 2hrs every day!
please help  :?
