Title: I can't get in!!! ***Resolved***

Please someone help me.  I can't log in.  I have tried all the different ways suggested here (no punctuation etc).  But it keeps saying something is wrong with my password.  So then it says its sending me an email with a link to set a new password but nothing ever comes.
