Can someone help me this time?
For some reason it's not recognizing my name. I've tried will&Braedensmom, willBraedensmom, and Will&Braeden'smom. Each time it says it doesn't recognize my username.
Do I have to just start a new name?

The system should send you a new password to the email you have listed here (the .msn.com one).
If you don't receive this please update here to let us know.
If you no longer have access to the email address that you registered with us, you will need to let us know an email address that we can send a password to.

The reason I didn't see it was because your reply was on a different thread, not the one that I posted it on; so, I didn't see it.

I just checked my dh's email and for some reason it didn't show up and that's the one I've always used. If you could switch it just my email address that would be great. It's: BJWoodruff@comcast.net

I've changed your email and reset your password and emailed them to BJWoodruff@comcast.net using my hotmail account. If it doesn't show, it may be worth checking any junk/spam folders your email provider has.
Please update here so we know if it has worked.
