Title: 18month old finds the dark funny!

Hi Everyone

My 18month old little girl finds night time extremely funny.  At the moment, my husband, me and Grace are in the same bedroom (soon to be moving to a 3bed).  Grace generally wakes up when we go to bed, and will stay awake till 3-4am because she knows we are there.  She throws things at us to get our attention, she kicks the walls, she laughs, screeches, talks to her teddies and generally thinks it's fab to be awake at 2am.

We on the other hand do not.......

I'm at my wits end with her, i don't know what to do.  If she was awake because she was poorly, or needing something i could handle it then.  But when you get up to tell her it's night time, she just waves and says bye bye!  and then proceeds to screech.

Any advice?  Thanks for reading.......

We were in a similar situation a few months ago, but got better once she was moved to her own room. Unfortunately she still gets up at night, but for different reasons.
