it really can vary at that age as some lo are starting to transition to dropping the catnap and others still need lots of sleep... average is probably 2hrs+ for 1st A time and increasing through the day with the last A time before bed anything form 2-4hrs depending on catnap

if you check out the 6-12 mo sticky for routines you can get a feel for what others have done / are doing right now.

do you want us to have a look at your routine or is there anythign specific you are wondering about your lo in terms of his awake time?

Catherines awake time is 2.5 before AM sleep and 3 hrs before PM sleep the approx 3-3.5hrs before bed. Usually around this age babies are trasitioning from 3-2 naps and extending their awake time.

Hi, thankyou! It's ok, I'm helping someone on the sleep board and just wanted some expert advice before helping her with her routine. :)
